HOW TO CLEANSE
Whether you decide to cleanse for one day, a week, or quarterly, your body will thank you! Below is everything you’ll need to safely prepare for, execute and complete your B+ cleanse.
- Ideally, give yourself at least 3 days to prepare for your cleanse
- We encourage meditating a minimum of five-minutes a day
- Build an alkaline environment and eliminate irritants prior to starting your cleanse. Please, get to know our list of yes's and no's and eat accordingly
- Boost your intake of organic fruits and veggies
- Drink plenty of filtered water - at least 8 glasses of water per day
- Increase your fiber intake
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and soft drinks. Opt for decaffeinated herbal teas or filtered water instead
- No smoking
- Eliminate refined sugars, dairy products, processed foods, simple carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, etc), and meat
- Get enough sleep. At least 8 hours per night is ideal
- Give yourself some downtime
DURING YOUR B+ CLEANSE
- Consume only provided B+ juices and meals during your cleanse
- Consume juices or prepared meals/snacks every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Juices and meals will be numbered accordingly. Drink your last juice of the day a minimum of two hours before going to bed
- Drink at least 8 glasses of filtered water daily
COMING OFF YOUR B+ CLEANSE
It’s important to make the transition to eating solid foods gradually. Reintroduce solid foods in the form of raw fruits and vegetables only for 1-2 days following your cleanse, then gradually begin to reintroduce cooked foods and animal products.
Try to avoid processed foods, refined sugars, animal proteins, dairy and alcohol in excess. This will help you maintain the awesome results of your cleanse and make the cleansing process a lot easier the next time around. Complete a cleanse as often as once a week (1 day recommended), once a month (3-5 days recommended) or seasonally/quarterly (5 days recommended). Try to drink one raw, cold-pressed juice per day. You will notice the difference!
