CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
This is how it works:
- If you placed an order and need to change or postpone the Start Date of your B+ cleanse, we will need you to NOTIFY us by email or phone at least 72hrs before the Start Date at: Info@biologicplus.com / B+ Shop # (860) 245-9560
- We do not offer refunds after your order is confirmed. You may however request or redeem a B+ credit for another purchase or simply move the Start Date of your cleanse. You will have 12 months to use your credit.
- We do not offer credit for cancellations made less than 72hrs before the Start Date. For example, if you are to Start a B+ cleanse on a Tuesday 12noon and you placed your order online or via telephone the week prior, you’ll have until Saturday 12noon of that same week to change or postpone the Start Date of your juice cleanse or get a credit for another purchase at a later time.
- If you have a medical issue after the 72hr deadline, we will handle your request for a B+ credit upon submitting a doctor’s note. We reserve the right to make decisions case by case.
We work hard to craft your juices and raw food. We believe in delivering the freshest product and for the same reason we need to adhere to our 72hr deadline. The minute you place your order, we start our process of securing amazing produce from our local farms.
